Where do I redeem my Download Access Code?

By redeeming a Download Access Code in the Steinberg Download Assistant you get two jobs done: Downloading the software and activating its license. Just enter the Download Access Code and the Steinberg Download Assistant guides you through required steps.

Please note that at the moment, Steinberg cooperates with different systems and providers to enable all our services.

So once you can´t login onto "My Steinberg" you most likely used the login details for the online store which can not be used for my Steinberg, or you have not yet setup a account for "My Steinberg" yet.
