You will receive a link and your access details for accessing your customer account together with your order confirmation. If you receive an error message when entering the access data, please take note of the following:
Have you entered the details correctly? Our customer service department recommends that you enter the details by copying and pasting to avoid making mistakes.
When typing the details manually, please bear in mind that depending on the style of writing, it may not be possible to differentiate between a small 'L' and a '1' or between an upper-case 'o' and a '0'.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can request it again online on our login page under the 'forgot your password?' section.
