- How to reinstall your CyberLink software onto your original computer:  


Please use the .exe installation file(s) located on your original order confirmation email to transfer each file, one at a time, from our download server to your computer.  Once all required installation files are sitting in your "Download Folder" on your computer, select the first installation file to "run" and "activate" your program using your assigned product key.



- How to reinstall your CyberLink software onto a new computer:


Please uninstall your original CyberLink program from your old computer (if possible) or make sure that your original installation is inoperable.  Then submit a support request to CyberLink Technical Support using your CyberLink Member Zone Account login (which requires a password that you would have created yourself) https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/member/sign-in.do?lang=ENU.  Please request that CyberLink Support reset your original product key(s) so they can be used on a replacement computer.  All CyberLink product keys are designed to be activated onto a single computer only.


For full version reinstallations a year old or less, please use your .exe installation files located on your original order confirmation email or request that CyberLink Technical Support provide you with your required installation files via email.


For upgrade version reinstallations, please submit a support request to CyberLink Technical Support using your CyberLink Member Zone Account login: https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/member/sign-in.do?lang=ENU and request "work-around" instructions that will allow you to reinstall your upgrade version without needing to pre-install your previous version of that program first.  You will need the product key of your previous version of your CyberLink program to show ownership and eligibility of use for your upgrade version and its new installation.
