Depending on the store where you purchased or wish to purchase your product, the following options may be available to prevent data loss:
1.) Extended Download Service (EDS):
The extended download service will prolong your access to your download. The download period extends to 1 year from the date of your purchase. The download can be accessed from your order confirmation received via email.
2.) Backup DVD
A backup DVD is a DVD which contains the purchased software. Backup DVDs are available as an additional option in your shopping cart. This backup DVD is delivered by mail and allows you to install your purchased software at any time. The serial number you received with your order confirmation is valid for the download and the backup DVD.
